How to prevent Lamudi Pro emails from going to spam?

From time to time, Lamudi Pro emails may end up in your spam folder. Here is how to prevent this from happening.

Gmail

1. First, add our email address to your contact list. Here is how to do that: Leave your mouse cursor over the contact's name (in this case Lamudi Pro) for a couple of seconds. The contact tab will soon appear.

2. Tap add to Contacts to add the contact to your contact list.

If you have replied to our email several times previously, it has already been automatically added to your contact list.

You can also mark the star icon on the left hand side of the Spam Box to indicate Lamudi Pro emails are an important conversation. Once that is done, future emails from us will go to your Inbox. You can also click on the 'Not Spam' button and remove the 'Spam' label from our emails as shown in the screenshot.

Outlook

The first option is to add our email address to your list of contacts. To do this, follow these steps: 

1. Go to the top left corner and select the menu. 

2. Click on 'Contacts'. 

3. Then 'New' and fill in our email.

If our emails are going to your Spam folder, you should select the message and look for the option 'This is not spam' and mark it as a safe mail. Do this by following these steps:

1. Click on the gear in the top right corner of your account.

2. Go to 'Options'

3. This will redirect you to a new window.

4. Go to 'Spam Email' and look for the 'Safe Senders’ section. Enter our email here.

5. Click on 'Add'.

Yahoo Mail

Add our email address to your contact list by:

1. Enter our email as an important contact.

2. Tap the Address Book icon in the top left corner.

Mark as NOT SPAM does not always ensure our emails will not go into your SPAM folder, but it can help. You do this by:

1. Go to your Spam folder.

2. Open our email.

3. Mark it as Not SPAM.

You can also create a filter to receive all messages in your inbox which can be more effective. To do this:

1. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner.

2. Go to 'Other Settings'.

3. Select 'Filters'. Once selected, click on 'Add new filter'.

4. A new window will open. Fill in our contact details.

5. Under Sender (i.e. where it says 'From') in the drop-down list, 'Contains' must appear. Next, write our email address.

6.  Where it says 'Choose a folder to move the elements to', select inbox.
