After your first response has been sent, the request status will automatically change from "New" to "Contacted". 

Every response sent or received is visible in the enquiry detail. So you can see the entire conversation with older messages easily located by scrolling up. 

Reply from your email

You can communicate with a client by answering the email notification directly.

When the client responds, you will receive a "New response" email with the client's message plus the property's information. To continue the conversation, you can reply directly to this email.

All the contact emails you have added to the property will receive this email.

Reply from the mobile App

From the mobile app, you can easily respond to your leads on the go. To reply to a lead, simply open the lead from your inbox and tap on ‘Email reply’. This will allow you to compose and send an email directly to the client from your mobile device, ensuring a quick and efficient follow-up.

You will receive each customer's response in your email to manage it as soon as possible.
