How to Change Your Payment Card

If you are using automatic renewal with a bank card, you can now update your card details directly in Lamudi Pro (available in Indonesia and the Philippines).

Steps to change your card

1. Go to “My Subscription”

   • Log in to your Lamudi Pro account.

   • Open the My Subscription tab.
     
     

2. Click on “Change bank card”

   • You’ll see a button next to your current payment details.

   • Click on Change bank card.
     
     

3. Enter your new card details

   • Card number

   • Expiration month and year

   • CVC/CVV

   • Name on card

   • Email and phone number
     
     

4. Agree to terms and confirm

   • Tick the box to agree with our privacy policy and terms.

   • Submit the form to save your new card.
     
     

Your subscription will now be billed to the updated card.

Important notes

• This option is only available if you chose automatic renewal with a bank card.

• If you paid using one-time payment methods (e-wallet, QR payment, direct debit, etc.), the option to change your card will not appear in your account.
